Returns Policy

Each VICETA WANG piece is handcrafted from start to finish by expert tailors with decades of experience. We source high-grade luxury materials and create timeless designs to ensure the longevity of each garment. Due to the nature of this intricate service and the sometimes delicate characteristics of our fabric range, minor imperfections are to be expected and are not grounds for return or exchange. 

 

Returns Policy

 

We strongly advise that you carefully consider your purchase as no returns are accepted unless deemed faulty by the VICETA WANG team. Please contact our team within 7 days of receipt if you believe your purchase to be faulty. In the event the item is assessed to be faulty by our team, VICETA WANG offers apt solutions in accordance with the issue. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear, improper use, or incorrect garment care are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

In the case of ill-fitting garments, an exchange of the same garment in a different size may be granted by our team. Exchanges must occur within 7 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned to our boutique in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached. Take care not to damage the goods and ensure that makeup and any fragrances do not transfer to the garment, otherwise we will be unable to accept your returns. All goods must be accompanied by their original receipt of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability and are not permitted for change of mind.

 

Please ensure your pieces meet the return policy requirements as VICETA WANG reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.

 

Sale Purchases

 

Sale items are final sale and sold as-is. Sale purchases are not eligible for return. 

 

Custom Purchases

 

Custom orders are strictly final sale and no returns or exchanges are possible. This includes any altered items. Cancellation of custom orders are only accepted under our custom order cancellation policy procedure confirmed with the VICETA WANG team. Please note that all customisations must be taken in-person at a VICETA WANG boutique and measurements are final at the time of the in-person consultation when ordering a custom piece.
