Shipping Policy
At VICETA WANG, each order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged by our team. Please review the below information before placing your order.
Order Processing
Ready-to-Wear (RTW)
Ready-to-Wear orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following order confirmation.
Orders placed during collection launches, sale periods, public holidays, or promotional events may require additional processing time.
Made-to-Measure (MTM)
Made-to-Measure garments are individually created to your submitted measurements and specifications.
Production timeframes vary depending on garment complexity and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Production will commence once all required measurements have been received and confirmed.
The sooner measurements are submitted, the sooner production may begin. Delays in submitting measurements may result in extended fulfilment timelines.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping — $10.00 AUD
- Express Shipping — $15.00 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping on domestic orders over $500 AUD
Estimated delivery timeframes apply after dispatch:
- Standard: 2–8 business days
- Express: 1–4 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on location and carrier demand.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Express International: 3–10 business days
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their destination country.
Mixed Orders (Ready-to-Wear + Made-to-Measure)
Orders containing both Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure items will be fulfilled separately.
- Ready-to-Wear pieces will be prepared and dispatched according to standard fulfilment timelines.
- Made-to-Measure garments will enter production following receipt of measurements and will ship separately once complete.
You may therefore receive multiple dispatch notifications and separate deliveries for a single order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, VICETA WANG cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing
- Public holidays
- Severe weather events
- Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at checkout.
Additional shipping fees incurred due to returned parcels or address amendments may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@vicetawang.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we will assist where possible.
