Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

At VICETA WANG, we are committed to ensuring you feel confident in every purchase. Should your purchase not meet expectations, we offer returns on eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

 



ONLINE RETURNS 

If your online purchase is not quite right, you may return it either by sending it back to us or by visiting a VICETA WANG Boutique 

 

VICETA WANG offers change of mind returns on full priced items only, returns must be requested and sent back within 14 days of receiving the delivery to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. 

For eligible online returns, you may choose between:

  • A Refund 

  • A store credit, or

  • An exchange; subject to availability.


Returns are only accepted with a valid proof of purchase.


Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, items must be returned in their original condition. This means items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed and unaltered,

  • returned with all tags attached,

  • sent back with all original packaging, including garment bags where provided, and

  • returned with the original return tag still attached (items are not eligible for return once this tag has been removed).

 

SALE ITEMS

Items marked down are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind. This includes all discounted, promotional or marked-down items.

Final sale items may only be returned where the item is deemed faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.



FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This applies to all purchases, including items marked as final sale.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our team at customerservice@vicetawang.com as soon as possible with your order details and relevant imagery so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY 

The policy above does not apply to purchases made in a VICETA WANG boutique.

For change of mind returns on in-store purchases, items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind.

All items must meet the same return conditions outlined above, including being returned in original condition with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Online purchases may be returned in-store; however, they are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds for online orders must be processed via the online returns method.

Items that are bespoke or made-to-measure are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind, as they are produced specifically to your individual requirements.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, it will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
